Jax Kar Wash

The customer service at the check in kiosk has been terrible the last two times I came here. Both times I have let the attendants know that my membership expired but I would like to just get a single basic car wash for the day. On both instances the workers try to pressure me into signing up for a membership because they believe I will spend more money in the long run if I don’t sign up for the membership. I come to the car wash MAYBE once a month so my 11$ single car wash is more cost efficient than signing up for a 26$ member ship that I KNOW I’m not going to use more than once a month. Today I told the long red haired worker “I don’t need you to explain the numbers to me you guys did this to me last time I was here “ and they respond back to me “that’s because you keep coming” when the last time I came was over a month ago. I backed out and left. I hope the owner/manager sees this and knows that employee lost them business today. I’ve been coming to this car wash for 5+ years. not sure why I had to argue with somebody to get a car wash it’s ridiculous .

I come to Jax often since I have unlimited washes with the pass, this is my favorite location. I had an issue with my membership and Aiden helped get it sorted out. He was so patient and respectful. Great customer service!

I have the monthly unlimited wash which I normally love but I went last week and the screen didn’t show that I had a membership, I ended up having to pay $15 , then a couple days later my auto debit of $25 came out and when I spoke to the attendant the next time I went she was no help on getting my refund. Only saying yeah the screen sometimes does that and you paid for a regular wash, didn’t know a the corporate number. So I would tell everyone to watch the screen so you’re not paying extra.

Way to much upselling when you don't want a membership and just want to pay cash. Very rude and disrespectful when you pay in cash. Will be going to another location sadly this one is close to home. We only do winter washes once in awhile. Don't need another monthly payment thankyou very much. Both times the bad experiences were the female employees.

I’ve been coming here since before it switched to Jax Car Wash. It was great before but ever since they switched to being Jax my experience has been subpar at best. Always soapy residue left over from lack of rinse cycle, employees not paying attention when guiding you onto the track, I’ve even had an employee throw a towel at my car a while back AFTER it was clean and I was about to pull away and I’m not even sure what for. Im done waiting for things to get better here and I’m taking my business elsewhere. I don’t want to take my car to a place where I have to wash it myself first before taking it here if I actually want stuff off my car hence the photo. Was wasted my time with an unlimited membership more than once and my wash today was not up to the $11 price tag. Bye Jax!
